Future Plans

Aastha Vriddhashram is under renovation. A small financial aid from you will double the comfort, space & joy of our residents at the Ashram

The Ashram was run in four tinned-roof, godown-like structures which have now become uninhabitable. This has given rise to the requirement of a proper residential block. We started rebuilding the structure and have already made community center measuring 6,400 sq. feet, costing Rs 1 Cr, with generous contribution from Shri Hiten Mehta and family in memory of their father Late Shree Shanti Lalji Mehta.

We have now started building a new residential block of 28,000 sq. feet built-up area and need help from organizations/good Samaritans like you to make Aastha Vriddhashram a bigger and more lovable home.

Highlights of new residential block:

Total construction Area of 28,000 sq. feet at estimated cost of ₹4,10, 00,000/- (four crore & ten lac).
33 twin occupancy rooms to accommodate 66 people, 4 dormitory halls to accommodate 34 people, special medical hall to accommodate bedridden residents and dining hall to accommodate 90 people. All above to have air cooled central ventilation system.
Other new areas such as a modern kitchen-n-store, open courtyard with temple, Doctor’s room, spl dormitory for bed ridden residents, office & administration room lift and staff quarters

Benefits awaiting donors:

You will get IT benefits under Section 80G, registered companies can donate through CSR fund.
As an individual/concern, donating ₹50 lac & above you would have the dormitory, dining hall, etc. be known by your name.
You as an individual/concern would automatically become an important member of Aastha Trust and be invited for any event or function. Not to forget the infinite smiles, love and blessings that will await you on every visit.

You may also contribute in kind in the form of construction material like cement, steel, sand, bricks etc.
